I was trying to get into my AICPA-CIMA account and it kept kicking me back to the login page, which was starting to get on my nerves. I thought it might be my browser at first, then I wondered if I forgot something, but nope, just the same loop over and over.
I ended up contacting support, and they got back to me faster than I expected. They asked a couple of basic questions, did some kind of reset on their side, and also told me to clear my cache, which I probably should’ve tried earlier but didn’t.
After that, it worked. It wasn’t some massive disaster or anything, but I was relieved it didn’t turn into a whole multi-day back and forth. Smooth experience overall, and I got back in without too much hassle

I used AICPA-CIMA when I was looking up details about the certification, and yeah, it felt legit to me. I mean, having the AICPA/CIMA name behind it definitely makes it feel more credible, especially if you’re thinking about how employers might view it. The only thing is… some pages weren’t super easy to find, so I had to click around a bit more than I expected. But overall, I trusted the site and got the info I needed

I registered for my exam through AICPA-CIMA, and to be fair, it did go through in the end. The steps were mostly understandable, but I had to poke around more than I expected, and a few pages took long enough that I started assuming something was wrong just from how sluggish it felt.
The payment confirmation came through fine, so that part was reassuring. The scheduling links, though, weren’t as obvious as they could’ve been, and the whole process gave off a bit of a “you’ll figure it out” vibe. Not awful, just not as smooth as I hoped. 3 stars from me.

My renewal went through without any real trouble, which was a relief. I did end up going back and double-checking the invoice details because something caught my eye and I wasn’t totally sure about it. Reached out to support, figured I’d probably be waiting a bit, but they got back to me the next day and cleared up my billing question. So yeah, not much drama in the end. Smooth overall.

"Refund went through way easier than I expected"
I had to cancel my order on aicpa-cima.com and, i was kind of expecting it to be a whole annoying thing. But it really wasn’t. I reached out to support, explained what happened, and they were just, like, straightforward about it. No endless back-and-forth, no strange excuses, nothing like that. The refund was processed quicker than I thought, and the money showed up again after a few days. So, yeah, I really appreciated how simple they made it.

I've been using aicpa-cima.com for my study stuff, and it’s been reliable so far. Pages load fine, videos don’t freeze, and my progress saves like it should. Nothing too fancy to say about it, it just works when I need it, which makes the studying a lot less stressful

I’ve been using AICPA-CIMA mostly for studying and sorting out membership stuff, and it’s been good overall. The information is helpful, and most of the time I can find what I need without too much trouble. That said, some pages do take a while to load, which gets a little annoying, and then randomly a section will feel more confusing than it should. But then I’ll find a useful resource or the exact thing I was looking for, so it kind of balances out. Not perfect, but I’m happy enough with it.

"Really unclear communication"
I had a hard time getting clear answers from aicpa-cima.com. The emails were vague, and I felt like I was being sent around in circles instead of getting actual help. It’s really not ideal when you’re trying to sort out something important. Overall, about as frustrating as it gets.

My credential application took longer than I expected, so just a heads up to give yourself some extra time if you’re applying. That said, support was helpful when I reached out and they got me pointed in the right direction. Overall, it was a bit slow, but everything worked out in the end.

I used aicpa-cima.com to check out some membership and exam info, and it was mostly straightforward. The site loaded fine for me, the menu made sense once I poked around for a minute, and I didn’t feel totally lost, which is always nice with these kinds of professional sites.
The only thing is that a few pages felt kind of busy, like there was a lot happening at once, and I did have to search twice before I found one form I needed. Not a big deal, just one of those little “wait, where did that go?” moments. Overall though, it works well and I’d use it again.

Overall, it was a good experience. The staff were helpful, helpful enough to make things easy, but the check-in did take a bit long. Not a huge issue, just slow, slow compared to what I expected...

I’d say it’s a solid option if you’re looking to get some CPE courses done without spending too much. The learning materials were useful overall, and for roughly what you pay, it feels worth it
